We are looking for a dynamic leader to join us in our Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office as a Strategy Partner, Execution. 

The Strategy Partner, Execution role supports Highmark Health’s executive leadership in transforming industry-leading strategies into reality. The incumbent will serve and influence internal customers through accelerating the delivery of strategic initiatives that drive value for our customers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise. Role will vary depending on initiative, but will include elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, team development, communication, and implementation. Will participate on a portfolio of projects.
  • Participate in the development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and the key BU's of Enterprise.
  • Help develop standard analytics and processes to use in leading various strategic initiatives.
  • Play a role in shaping the culture and skill set of the STO.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience in  either the health care industry (IDFS, provider, payor) or with a consumer-driven organization
  • Ability to influence change in complex organizations through consulting with business owners to identify, clarify, and resolve issues critical to the success of the initiative
  • Coordinate initiative impacts with other strategic initiatives to ensure alignment of the overall strategy
  • Experience in operational improvement, change management, capability roadmaps, and/or program  management
  • Experience working across teams and managing relationships in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated relationship, influencing, collaboration, and teamwork skills. Needs to be able to support and guide cross-functional, cross-BU teams in complex projects and handle internal politics of change
