Description

Responsible for the physical delivery and ongoing support of products/services, applications, network systems and overall solutions.  Maintains software and hardware inventories. Provides operational support and analysis for the organizations information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers and storage devices. Perform financial and business related research and analysis such as the preparation of forecasts and/or analysis of financial reports, records and trends. Develops and maintains spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Communicate effectively

2. Perform analysis and resolve problems to restore normal IT Infrastructure operational levels

3. Perform financial and business related analysis

4. Facilitation of analysis and reporting

5. Complete project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects

6. Assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes

7. Other duties as assigned or requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team
