This job partners internal customers throughout the family of companies to effectively manage costs and quantitatively assess viability of key strategic decisions. The incumbent supports the Vice President in providing advisory support to Senior Executives across the entire Organization, through implementation and execution against administrative cost management strategies at the parent, leading financial modeling for new strategies for assigned areas of support and project managing new financial processes and activities to support evolving business needs. Engages with VP’s and SVP's across the Organization to understand strategic analysis required and provides advisory feedback on financial impacts of different strategic paths. Supports emerging Organization performance aspirations including the continued maturation of Organization score carding processes and support the development of annual and long term incentive plans. Conducts performance management activities that will necessitate interaction with senior executive across the Organization including business unit leads (Presidents and CFOs) and other members of Highmark Health's executive leadership team.
