This job reports directly to the Director of Client Strategy and Support. The incumbent manages processes for client facing activities as it relates to delivering the clinical value of our programs, services and benefits. Responsible for oversight and participation with presentations of the Organization's Pharmacy Services at client meetings and participates in finalist presentations. Supports building relationships with external brokers and consultants to enhance the likelihood that the Organization's prescription drug program will be offered to their clients. Works collaboratively with Pharmacy Sales Support manager and team for RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFI (Request for Information) process as well as Annual Review or repricing material development. Develops and conducts various training and educational sessions for the Organization's sales divisions, external brokers, and consultants regarding the Organization's pharmacy program and relevant industry trends. Oversees development of client-specific pharmacy benefit analysis with presentations to clients including relevant education and recommendations. Ensures successful implementations of clients with appropriate internal staff and vendors. Collaborates with internal staff, vendors, clients, and other business segments for successful representation of the Organization's pharmacy program. The incumbent supports the development and implementation oversight for pharmacy product and strategy to bring innovation and solutions to the commercial markets. Leadership and motivational skills required for direct reporting structure of pharmacists and sales enablement analysts. The incumbent inspires, encourages, motivates, and leads employees through coaching, to reach their fullest potential and to achieve established goals.
