HM Health Solutions Inc. seeks an IT Systems Analyst to work in Pittsburgh, PA and to provide application development services and supplemental specifications for new applications. Will also analyze change requests/enhancements in existing applications through close collaboration with the customer/partner/business areas to identify application needs, project specifications, and cost sheet analysis.
Must have a high school diploma (or foreign equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience in a related position.
Must also have any experience with or knowledge of: (i) analyzing data and business processes to support the operational business; (ii) conducting and documenting impact analysis and problem solving resolution to aid in decision making; (iii) modeling business processes to define “As Is” and “To Be” business models; (iv) utilizing Project Management methodologies and Agile Software Development Lifecycle Methodology; (v) performing data analysis and data mapping using SQL queries on Teradata or DB2 platform; (vi) developing, maintaining and monitoring project plans and deliverables including Requirements Documents, Mapping documents and Test Plans; (vii) conducting requirements and mapping internal and external walk-throughs; and (viii) supporting various levels of testing including functional, acceptance, and regression testing.
