The job plays a key role in helping to accelerate the business unit strategy to align members and patients throughout the healthcare delivery system. Leads the strategy team responsible for understanding and influencing the mindset and behaviors of customers by developing personalized interventions. These efforts will be aimed at transforming the member healthcare journey leveraging population health, clinician-lead care delivery capabilities, provider partner resources, information technology (including data analytics), and community integration. Works closely under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Product & Healthcare Services with leaders from Allegheny Health Network, the Highmark Health Plan, and the parent organization including key partners in Sales, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Provider, Product, Marketing, Government Affairs, Compliance, and Legal.
