This job supports the executive leadership of Highmark Health with a range of activities essential to defining and executing a multi-year (3-5 year) innovation program for Highmark Health. Provides analytical / strategic thinking and leadership support which enables innovation accelerator cohorts to: 1) Identify opportunities aligned to enterprise priority areas of focus; 2) explore the problem space by learning directly from our customers; 3) Design and execute analytics for studying the problem space and sizing the value opportunity; 4) Conduct generative exercises which synthesize and distill learnings, identifying opportunities for design, and prototype possible solutions; 5) Create artifacts and designs that inform critical strategic issues and Support the development of formal recommendations to senior levels of Highmark Leadership.
