JOB SUMMARY

This job supports a geographically dispersed talent acquisition team in a fast paced environment.  Pursues opportunities to refine and improve process, identify trends/issues and provide resolution to make sure we are bringing in the highest caliber of talent and all candidates are experiencing a consistent and positive candidate experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: forwarding candidate referrals to the appropriate recruiter, applicant tracking, employment correspondence, monitoring background/drug screen completion, compiling data for recruitment metrics, managing the function’s SharePoint site, and assisting with job postings.
  • Partner with recruiters in the execution of their job duties which could include, creating relocation estimates for candidate offers, purchase order requests for vendor services, assisting in executing pre-boarding for candidates and confirming day one activities.
  • Audit electronic files and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist HRIS and systems teams for troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
  • Assist with reporting on various recruitment metrics and preparing other reports as needed in partnership with the  team.
  • [Executive Talent Acquisition Only] Assist with third party staffing vendor management including working with the Executive Recruiting Team to ensure all documentation is collected from the vendor per the contract, updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with vendor information, and vendor reporting as needed.
  • [Compliance Only] Assist with and administer components of process compliance including but not limited to; I-9 documentation collection and administration, procedure manual updates and posting requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
