HM Health Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Technology Administrator to work in Pittsburgh, PA and to evaluate the existing Cognos environment as well as plan for the enhancement of the system to meet internal reliability and resiliency guidelines for availability, redundancy, failover, and system stress testing. Will also: (i) evaluate new system features and develop roadmap to integrate new features into the environment; (ii) participate in software upgrade efforts; and (iii) perform system administration duties such as software deployments, system backups, and software patching/upgrades.
Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.
Experience must include: (i) provisioning Cognos Security using Microsoft Active Directory or similar authentication providers; (ii) configuring Cognos using Microsoft Windows IIS Web server; (iii) two (2) years developing reports and metadata using Cognos Framework Manager and Report Studio; (iv) using Cognos Software Development Kit; and (v) using SQL.
