JOB SUMMARY

This job carries out the most complex phases of the systems audit function.  The incumbent assists in the auditing of new and existing information systems applications to ensure that appropriate controls exist, that processing is efficient and accurate, and that systems and procedures are in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, including SOC2. Troubleshoots the most complex issues and provide system access subject matter expertise for the largest, most complex projects. May mentor or provide guidance to lower level employees.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead data custodianship support, which includes reviewing data security and user access to multiple applications.
  • Perform security troubleshooting of the most complex issues using an in-depth understanding of the applications supported.  Triage, analyze, and escalate issues if needed.
  • Support the quarterly SOC2 Data Custodian Access Reviews and other security audits.  Provide technical assistance to Management for the SOC2 Quarterly Access Reviews. Provide process improvement recommendations.
  • Act as system access subject matter expert for large, high-visibility system change request projects.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to lower level employees
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • One of the following: 5 - 7 years in Claims, 5 - 7 years in Membership Administration, or 5 - 7 years in IS/IT

Preferred

  • 5 - 7 years in the Health Insurance Industry
  • Project Support with OSCAR
  • ECS (membership) experience
  • Identity and access management experience
