This job performs employee transaction fulfillment and escalation for Enterprise customers within HR Services Center related to retirement programs (DB, DC and Non-qualified Executive plans (409a)). This job requires strong analytic skills including the ability to review and analyze large quantities of data to ensure accuracy and completeness, often under challenging deadlines and must be extremely detail oriented. The incumbent provides project and analytical support to administer and evaluate employee retirement plan administration, as well as responds to eligibility and enrollment inquiries pertaining to employee retirement programs. Conducts retirement plan audits with internal and external auditors, oversees day to day vendor inquiry management, supports compliance reporting/notices; and works closely with the Tier 3 Retirement Team to implement changes and improvements to retirement programs as appropriate.
