The Enrollment Coordinator is accountable for processing enrollment and eligibility information submitted by customers in unique electronic file formats through varied transmission processes for statewide, national, partner plan, agent plan Mountain State, and international program customers and other operational areas. This position must perform in a customer driven environment which requires instant analysis and problem solving while balancing the delivery of customer requirements along with the company’s functional and technical capabilities and capacities.
1. Supports the technical and operational role of reviewing electronic enrollment, and authorizing the execution of mainframe jobs to successfully load enrollment to membership databases.
2. Communicates effectively with various levels of the organization.
3. Participates in the analysis of electronic data processes, business processes and applicable interfaces to support electronic membership enrollment while taking into consideration impacts to the business environment. Analyzes and evaluates test data and creating specifications that result in the client’s enrollment data processing efficiently; as well as; articulating and presenting the results to clients and vendors.
4. Other duties as assigned or requested.
