This job provides support to the Organization's external clients, (group/plan administrators) which includes all market segments including plan partnership business, specifically addressing client based low level issues and question resolution related to Highmark Spending Account Programs, with a key focus on the client HSA contribution file upload implementation and supporting processes, along with the other Highmark spending account products. Provides additional support to Highmark external clients with website navigation though the Organization's employer portal and linkage to the Spending Account functionality within and the HSA contribution tabs. Supports clients through the keying of the Employer contributions to the Acclaris site, assists, and guides and monitors the ACH, electronic transfer of monies from the client bank account to the member HSA Acts as a primary resource (like an HSA client help desk). The incumbent works across multiple divisions to support process and Sales with problem resolution, process improvement.
