JOB SUMMARY

This job provides support to the Organization's external clients, (group/plan administrators) which includes all market segments including plan partnership business, specifically addressing client based low level issues and question resolution related to Highmark Spending Account Programs, with a key focus on the client HSA contribution file upload implementation and supporting processes, along with the other Highmark spending account products. Provides additional support to Highmark external clients with website navigation though the Organization's employer portal and linkage to the Spending Account functionality within and the HSA contribution tabs. Supports clients through the keying of the Employer contributions to the Acclaris site, assists, and guides and monitors the ACH, electronic transfer of monies from the client bank account to the member HSA Acts as a primary resource (like an HSA client help desk). The incumbent works across multiple divisions to support process and Sales with problem resolution, process improvement.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide development support as a primary resource to enable group/plan administrators to upload contribution files and keying of the files for ACH electronic transfers of money from client bank account to member HSA. Act as a conduit and resource responsible for positive and productive group/plan administrator experience to ensure the consumer experience is favorable by ensuring appropriate setup of accounts supporting ancillary benefits (HSA, HRA etc.)
  • Provide guidance and answers questions relating to website navigation for HSA and all Organization Spending Account products. Educate and guide group/plan administrators through multiple milestones in the migration and/or on-boarding process, setup through, and navigation through the spending account portal and ancillary products
  • Identify training and communication needs, for reporting and trending, to the Organization's client customer base.
  • Maintain General Spending Account product knowledge and Spending Account program process navigation, client & group set-up and end to end processes. Resolve and assist client with access, sign on and website navigation. Provide educational support and guidance relative to the Organization's Client Facing reporting capabilities, such as spending account claim activity; payment registers and helps ticket process.
  • Interface with Sales, Client Marketing, Product, Highmark Network Services, Health Plan Operations, Strategic Operations and Acclaris team members.
  • Perform 1st level diagnosis when issues arise. Determine appropriate escalation resource if problem is unable to be resolved there. Identify trends and opportunities for future review, interventions by other relevant teas, (User interface, Programming) that can’t be resolved by this resource.
