JOB SUMMARY

The job is responsible for vendor relations/vendor management of key ecosystem partners, including consulting staff augmentation firms and product companies.  The incumbent is responsible for ecosystem transparency and providing consistency across the ecosystem in order to ensure key objectives are met, or exceeded.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct workforce planning for partners on our technology platform by matching use cases, projects, and partner resources through skill and experience profiles.
  • In collaboration with management, collaborate, develop and oversee overall ecosystem budget and forecast including gain sharing arrangements. Build and maintain infrastructure to manage ecosystem including tracking full Highmark pipeline of each ecosystem partner Develop and maintain partner on-boarding process.
  • Oversee ecosystem tiers including movements up and down tiering of partners and ensuring partners meet requirements for their tier. Manage overall membership in the ecosystem including working with R&D team to grow membership as appropriate and exit under-performing partners. Periodically assess partner performance through client surveys, interviews etc.  Work with VP Enterprise Effectiveness to select partners for projects and ensure appropriate balance of work across ecosystem partners. Develop reports (e.g., financial, performance) for Think Up leadership.
  • Plan, organize and lead, periodically, Think UP introduction sessions for new members of the ecosystem. Develop and periodically refresh Think UP training materials and certifications for partners and individual resources in the program. Periodically plan, organize, and lead ideation sessions and demo days with partners in collaboration with R&D team and Think UP leadership.
  • Work with the management to define the operating structure for the ecosystem inclusive of membership, selection, tiers, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or Supply Chain Management

Substitutions

  • Six (6) years relevant and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor degree

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 5 - 7 years General Business Operations

To include

  • 3 - 5 years Vendor Management

  • 1 - 3 years Health Insurance Industry
