As an associate in the Consulting Rotational Program, you will experience 3 different rotations within various teams to develop core skills and gain experience in delivering health care technology solutions to budget, to timescale and to the highest standards to ensure client satisfaction.
Rotations can include:
Practice Team—Come to be a thought leader, and gain knowledge in engagement methodology, planning and delivery.
Solutioning—Develop core skills in proposal development, solution design, technical estimates and client blueprinting.
Planning Team—Engage across clients, develop tools and methodologies for delivery excellence, and gain market knowledge.
Client Delivery—Become exceptional at relationship management, operational delivery, problem resolution and working in a matrix environment.
Change Management—Work with clients to provide organizational change management expertise, solutions, and subject matter expertise experience around the Platform.
This job leverages combined people, process, and technology competencies to support large-scale, complex customer engagements; collaborates with Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams to configure solutions and deliver value to customers; acts as subject matter expert and trusted advisor in both practice and customer spaces; and works closely with engagement and practice leadership team to define strategic and tactical direction. The incumbent delivers value to customers through client-facing advisory and delivery services in support of HM Health Solutions product offerings. Accountabilities include, but are not limited to, supporting deliverable content, providing analysis, and building and sharing institutional knowledge.
Travel Requirement: 75% - 100%
