JOB SUMMARY

This job is responsible for owning the measurement and strengthening of the Organization's Agile enablers and the day-to-day operations required to scale Agile across the Enterprise.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct enabler assessments to identify gaps that will impede the growth of Agile in the Organization.
  • Define and manage the implementation of initiatives to address the gaps identified, including the allocation of resources needed.
  • Define and track the metrics of success set for each initiative, reporting to the Agile Center of Excellence leadership on progress.
  • Create and follow a repeatable model to stand-up Agile teams that will help streamline and ensure consistency when scaling Agile across the organization.
  • Follow up with relevant stakeholders involved in standing-up Agile teams to ensure that they are set-up for success.
  • Work with the Agile Center of Excellence leadership to provide guidance on future Agile opportunities in the Organization.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management

Substitution

  • 6 years of relevant, progressive experience in lieu of degree

Preferred

  • None

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 5 - 7 years of Project Management experience and 1 - 3 years of Agile experience
