Make a Difference with Data - Senior Decision Support Analyst
Our Decision Support Analysts make terrific contributions everyday by synthesizing the company’s massive data resources into useful information to help our business grow and to provide better experiences, solutions and outcomes to our customers and employees.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to develop reports and information using high profile data that can have a direct impact on measuring the effectiveness of our sales and marketing efforts by analyzing data across all lines of business for our Enrollment Center of Excellence.
Our employees are also directly impacted by this role – in this position, the DSA will analyze and report data that is collected to determine employee achievements relative to defined performance measurements as a critical component of our employee incentive program.
This job works closely with customers and design teams in prioritizing data and information requirements. This job provides analysis in the development and support of projects and data analysis. Determines how decision support systems will provide information required to make effective business decisions; translates requirements into applications that employ appropriate decision support and reporting tools. Recommends innovative approaches to analytical investigations. Performs modeling of data sources and flows, works with data management staff to define an operational framework that will define, develop and implement policies and security frameworks to ensure precise and secure delivery of knowledge and information.
