JOB SUMMARY (Summarizes the major purpose and primary responsibilities)
The position will be the primary individual accountable for execution of the sourcing/research activity related to enterprise executive candidate searches. This includes interaction with lead generators and prospects through networking, referrals, internet research, CRM such as resume mining and name generation and other creative approaches. This includes pre-qualification of candidate experience and generating interest for enterprise roles. The position requires a close partnership with the executive recruiting team in order to develop the pipelining needs for the business. This position is responsible for providing reporting as it relates to market conditions, candidate generation and other recruitment related data as needed.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Describes the critical tasks, duties and responsibilities of the position.)
Bachelor's Degree- Human Resources, Business Administration or other related area.
