Description
This job will be involved split time between managing the activities of various IT Project Leaders as well as directly apply project leadership to multiple large complex product and technology solutions throughout the IT organization. Management activities include making decisions on personnel actions (promotions, hiring, terminations, etc.) with a strong focus on developing talent. The incumbent cultivates the capabilities of staff, plan and coordinates project assignments, and manages performance goals. Actively involved in the coordination, implementation, problem solving, communication, and training of new technologies and processes, as they are developed and moved into the department. Project Leadership activities include directly managing programs/projects in conjunction with the organizational need. The incumbent exhibits and applies the core behaviors which define success for HM Health Solutions and our customers: Purposeful Execution, Teamwork, Transformational Leadership, and a Customer-First mentality.
