This job supports the executive leadership of the Highmark Health Social Determinants of Health team and performs a wide range of administrative duties to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their executive in meeting organizational priorities. The Executive Administrative Assistant will work directly with all levels of the organization inclusive of C-level executives. The position requires the incumbent to be a highly organized, self-motivated, professional capable of managing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities include proactive schedule management, scheduling and coordinating logistics for large enterprise wide meetings, document preparation, proofreading, handling phone calls, maintaining and organizing files, copying, reviewing and distributing mail, greeting visitors, ordering supplies and making travel arrangements. The incumbent works independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities include typing, word processing, proofreading, handling phone calls, maintaining and organizing files, copying, reviewing and distributing mail, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, scheduling calendars, and making travel arrangements. The incumbent organizes/expedites workflow and provides secretarial support, as required, to support the communication or presentation needs of the principal when not delegated elsewhere and edits documents for grammar and punctuation. Requires the continuous use of technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of organization operations, organizational procedures, and personnel.
