is job reports to the Director, Clinical Services Systems, and leads a team of technical and non-technical experts who are responsible for the collaboration between business and technical teams throughout Clinical Services on all system platforms. Oversees application software management for HMHS and other vendor based systems. Plans and manages interactions with the Clinical Services business areas. Assesses the current direction, projects and operational impacts and recommends strategies to satisfy current and future business needs. Leads team in the areas of current and future workflow studies, requirements gathering, planning for future state, establishing the technology road map and accompanying standard practices. Monitors and controls quality and testing efforts while actively seeking opportunities for improvement and ensuring excellence with issue resolution through defect resolution, enhancements and implementations. Establishes and meets scheduled milestones for deliverables in conjunction with project management resources.
