HM Health Solutions Inc. seeks an Infrastructure Rep to work in Pittsburgh, PA, and provide technical and consultative services to clients using microcomputer systems and clinical applications in clinical environments. Will also: continuously round all EPIC support areas each day; gather information, analyze software/hardware functionality, address customers questions or concerns, propose solutions, and resolve issues to prevent all possible downtime; work with Desktop Operations technicians to complete a warm handoff and task creation of the more extensive repairs; participate in new system software/hardware implementations (WOWs, Desktop PCs, Laptops, Peripherals) and functional testing to assure a working knowledge of the new technology; and troubleshoot basic to intermediate level networking, wireless, and telephony issues.
Must have an Associate's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in a related position.
Must have any experience: (i) working in a HealthCare IT environment with Electronic Health Record applications (for example, but not limited to, EPIC) as well as Clinical Applications (for example but not limited to, PACS, Sunrise, Citrix, Sunquest, Xcelera, All Scripts, Invision, AthenaNet, Navinet, Kronos, IDXterm, MediTech, Nurse Responder, Patient Management, and Smartlink); (ii) providing customer service; (iii) resolving processing issues related to software, hardware, and/or data communication problems; (iv) implementing and maintaining HealthCare applications; and (v) troubleshooting Telephony and Network connectivity.
