This job manages day-to-day assignments, broker servicing and provides primary support of sales initiatives including coordinating and implementing large scale special projects, developing and maintaining accurate management reports, broker commissions, compliance oversight and consistency of sales and member materials. The incumbent identifies and resolves potential issues with internal operating processes, maximizes the service levels, operational excellence and strategic values of Sales Support in their support of the new sales and broker management sales teams. Key contributor to the implementation and maintenance of sales applications (i.e. Salesforce.com, marketing & training platforms, Evolve B360 commission system) and resolution of business process issues impacting the sales function.
