JOB SUMMARY

This job has accountability for the implementation of strategic recruitment programs that impact the company's workforce and business strategies at all levels.  This job has direct impact on furthering our diversity reach and increasing our pipeline efforts.  This job is also accountable for the development, execution and support of our enterprise wide campus recruiting strategy.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Through partnerships with the CELs, CEMs and business leaders, develop and execute comprehensive campus recruiting and diversity recruiting strategies which meets the talent needs of the various business units.
  • ​Manage end-to-end event planning for campus and internship events, i.e. campus presentations, workshops, career fairs, final round interviews etc. Build the appropriate partnerships with university administrators, professors, career services, and student organizations and cultivate relationships at our partner schools to identify key opportunities to expand the company's presence. 
  • Participate in job fairs and community activities enhancing the company's reputation and brand.
  • Execute and oversee the summer internship program, co-op opportunities, events, and all campus activities.
  • Develop and facilitate campus diversity recruiting strategy including recruiter partnerships with Business Resource Groups (BRGs), all Highmark client areas, and external organizations. Partner closely with the diversity & inclusion (D&I) department along with other areas of human resources to ensure support of company's diversity recruitment strategy.  Keep fully informed of all compliance and affirmative action activities.  
  • ​Assist and support other departments with other priorities and special projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or other related field.

Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Public Policy, Health Care Administration, or related field

EXPERIENCE

Minimum

  • 3 years of experience in recruitment
  • 3 years of experience with progressive diversity and inclusion concepts and programs
  • 3 years of human resources related experience working within a highly-matrixed organization

Preferred

  • 3 years of project management experience
  • 3 years of experience in campus recruitment or university relations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with change management principles
  • Proficiency using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Data analysis experience to identify performance gaps and opportunities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
