This job will be responsible for performing employee transaction fulfillment and escalation for customers within our Enterprise HR Services Center. The incumbent will also be responsible to provide project and analytical support, as well as respond to inquiries pertaining to employee compensation programs. The incumbent will work closely with the Team Lead and the Compensation Design Team to understand and administer plan changes and improvements to compensation programs as appropriate. Strong career path opportunities into the Compensation Practice Area and support for industry training and certifications. Looking for individuals that are focused on customer service, quality, teamwork and employee engagement.
