JOB SUMMARY

This job will be responsible for performing employee transaction fulfillment and escalation for customers within our Enterprise HR Services Center. The incumbent will also be responsible to provide project and analytical support, as well as respond to inquiries pertaining to employee compensation programs.  The incumbent will work closely with the Team Lead and the Compensation Design Team to understand and administer plan changes and improvements to compensation programs as appropriate. Strong career path opportunities into the Compensation Practice Area and support for industry training and certifications. Looking for individuals that are focused on customer service, quality, teamwork and employee engagement.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Perform administrative processes related to the company's compensation plans across the enterprise.
  • Responsible for ongoing communication with current and former employees regarding service requests and case management resolution.
  • Perform weekly, bi-weekly and monthly audits related to compensation changes, FLSA status, and Compensation Administration Policy compliance.
  • Administer non-executive compensation workflow activities including, but not limited to: one-time payments, compensation adjustments, merits bonus and sales commission payments.
  • Partner with Compensation Design team on the annual Base Pay Performance Increase and bonus payment processes.
  • Involvement in the annual compensation salary surveys.
  • Entry and editing of job description. Responsible for peer review of job descriptions to ensure content is accurate and  and ties to the job profiles.
  • Generate and deliver reports for operational and performance metrics related to compensation administration.
  • Participate as a team member in the requirements, design, and testing of new systems, enhancements to existing systems, and production support. Identify and escalate issues to HR systems support teams for analysis and resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree – Human Resources, Business Administration

Substitution

  • 6 years relevant and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor degree 

Preferred

  • Master's Degree – Human Resources, or related field

Experience

Required

  • 2-3 years' of related professional experience
  • Experience with Compensation plan administration activities
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel

Preferred

  • Sales Incentive compensation experience
  • Exposure / Experience with hospital and bargained compensation management
  • Experience with Workday

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of FLSA, DOL regulations
  • Strong written and oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality results, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with regards to work processes and employee information
  • Basic project management skills
  • Strong problem solving and reconciliation skills with emphasis on detail and accuracy
