Certification or actively pursuing certification as childbirth educator through a nationally recognized organization. Acceptable certifications include Lamaze International (LCCE) – Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA) - Professional Childbirth Educator Certification, Childbirth International (CBI) - Certified Childbirth Educator, Prepared Childbirth Educators (CCE) – Childbirth Educator, Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA) – Certified Childbirth Educator
