JOB SUMMARY

This job organizes all classroom training, manages classroom set up, software license usage, etc.  Tracks, monitors, and resolves all issues within the classroom, including presentation hardware and software, classroom issues, web ex capability, etc.  Also tests vendor classroom setup and access, e-learning access, and web ex events ensuring the technology works within organization’s technical architecture.  Ensures the training rooms are adequately equipped and in good working condition, including training materials. Creates, produces and summarizes departmental/organizational metrics.  Conducts initial analysis of data and simple quality reviews.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with members of department/organization in organizing all classroom training.  Manage classroom set up, software license usage, application installs/de-installs.  Track, monitor and resolve all issues within the classroom, including presentation hardware and software, e-classroom issues, PC outages, instructor needs, web ex capability, etc.  
  • May respond to inquiries on e-learning software and hardware, including registration, access problems, software upgrades, etc. (Includes e-classroom).
  • Implement training registration enhancements and transactions for classroom and e-learning integrations.
  • Participate on project teams and assists the Manager and others within the department on training function specifics.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

  • High School Diploma/GED

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 1 - 3 years in Office Management or a Business Administration role

Preferred

  • 1 - 3 years in coordinating multiple training in a business setting

  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple on-going assignments

  • Ability to develop, enhance and maintain strong working relationships

  • Excellent planning/organizing skills with strong attention to detail
  • MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint skills
