Allegheny General, AHN's Level One Trauma Center has multiple opportunities on their ICU, Med Surg and Telemetry Units that you should consider as you start your career in Nursing
5 ICU's: MICU, Trauma, Neuro, CICU & CTSICU
High acuity sister telemetry units to the CICU & CTSICU as well as 5C Medical Tele which sees patient from GI bleeds to heart failure
Emergency: If you have previous Paramedic, Emergency or ICU experience, be a part of a team that cares for over 200 patients a day
Care Management: use your previous RN and bachelors to care for patients
Ortho: Specialized care including Neuro patients, Joint replacement, Ortho/Trauma, spinal and cervical fusions
Observation Area: Traumas, extended recovery, post Cath lab, medical issues
7A Neuro: Accredited stroke certified unit, brain tumors-resection/radiation, gunshots
